The Sun World complex where we take the the cable car to Bana Hills
It is the longest single wire cable in the world
and there are not only one cable car lines but 3 cable cars lines running the same time, so you can imagine the crowds during the weekends.
Bana Hill is located above 1500 metres above sea level, it has a view of the East Sea and the surrounding mountains. Due to its elevation, the temperature is significantly cooler but "unlucky" for us that day was a hot day!
The French village
When the French transformed the hill into a holiday resort, a lot of French style houses and buildings were built.
Can you see the "tortises" climbing up?
Linh Ung Pagoda
There are 3 Ling Ung pagodas in Vietnam but this one in Ba Na Hills has the giant statue of Buddha. The statue is 27 meter high said to be almost same as the marble statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro.

The iconic Golden Bridge.
The 150 meter long bridge was opened in June 2018. It is built in the middle of the mountain supported by a pair of huge hands.

When the French colonialists started the building of Bana Hill with their villas and french village, they also constructed this 100m deep tunnel wine cellar in 1923.
It was cooling down here, temperature ranging from around 16 to 20C .
