Got a jade bracelet from Esther for birthday and this for Mother's day, so now both my hands can be adorned....:P

  

 It seems such a long time since I bake anything, so today decided to bake some Banana cupcakes  since my sister J also like them.

Banana Walnut cupcake 

 Recipe from  A Table for Two- with minor changes... I added wholemeal flour instead of all plain flour, brown sugar instead of caster sugar; also added  1/4 tsp of baking powder and about 4 tbsp of buttermilk (since I am using wholemeal flour) and used 3 bananas instead of 2.

Banana and nutella cupcake- the same recipe and just as delicious. 

this bottle of green tea powder was bought from the Osulloc Tea Museum, Jeju Island.

Baked a Green Tea Chiffon Cake - recipe adapted from Just One Cookbook... but forgot to take a photo before it was all finished.... so good.   

can be used for facial as well (but have not yet try it) besides we have bought a lot of facial masks from the various beauty shops in Seoul too. 

Lastly a bouquet of carnations from my 2 lovely nieces.. Cathy and Chanel... Thank you very much. 

We did not have a big feast......
