BAKED JAPANESE CHEESECAKE

I had bought 1 kg of Philly cheese when it was on offer at the baking shop.
Baked this Japanese Cheesecake for my sister-in-law, Evon's birthday.

Nothing fancy, just mix some of batter with cocoa powder and piped some circles and did the feather design for this round one.

For the square cake, its straight lines and then feather it the opposite way.

Overall the cake texture was light yet still  heavy with cheese.
